This new Matte Green colorway features a matte green finish, copper imprint, copper ferrule, and taupe eraser. It contains the same soft graphite as the classic black Matte pencil, and features “SOFT” graphite indicator stamp on the barrel. Ideal for musicians, woodworkers, and anyone who prefers a soft, dark line, the Blackwing Matte is the softest of the four core Blackwing models.
Blackwing Matte pencils come in a 12-pack gift box that also doubles as a pencil cup. The Blackwing Matte has the soft same graphite formulation as the since renamed “Palomino Blackwing.”
