An invigorating, full-bodied blend of organic Indian, Chinese, and Ceylon single-estate black teas, this smooth blend offers round toasted notes of honey, malt, and a touch of leather. At once robust and comforting, this gently warming brew can be enjoyed as is or with milk and wild flower honey. A winsome take on the classic breakfast blend - and one of Bellocq's bestsellers.

Ingredients: Organic Indian, Chinese, and Ceylon black tea

Pairs well with: dark chocolate, madeleines, soft boiled eggs and toasted soldiers, steel-cut oats with stewed plums,  buttered brioche and marmalade, sour cherry morning cake, alpine cheeses, smoked meats, a bialy piled high with smoked fish, and roasted nuts 

Brewing Instructions:  

  • 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water  
  • 195ºF/90ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)  
  • Brew 4-6 minutes  
  • Good for 2 infusions
