Matcha Iri Genmaicha
In our high-grade version of a increasingly popular Japanese tea, sencha is blended with toasted rice and then covered with matcha aoarashi. This tea yields a pleasant brew of toasted rice, umami, and butter flavors with notes of pine resin.
Our Matcha Iri Genmaicha is only available in 2ozor 16oz bags, as each bag is nitrogen flushed and sealed in Japan to maximize the tea's freshness.

Farmer: Otsuka Family
- 1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water
- 160ºF/70ºC (Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 3 minutes, and proceed.)
- Brew 3-5 minutes
- Good for 2 infusions
